SOLEA VALLEY
The area known as the Solea
valley is home to some quaint villages including
those of Galeta
and Kakopetria which have preserved much of their
traditional architecture. These villages are well known
for their Byzantine
churches. The Solea Valley area is also famous for
its apples and other villages in the area are Evrykhou
and Flassou.
