Kouklia
One of ancient Cyprus’ most important city states
was the site of Palaia
Pafos or Kouklia Village. Archeologists have excavated
part of the city walls on a hill just outside of Kouklia,
uncovering counter tunnels dating back to the Cypriot
rebellion in 498BC.
